Verify a business email before you send
Build cleaner prospect lists before the first send. Ruvio checks the domain and named mailbox, then compares the result with a made-up address on the same domain to detect catch-all behavior.

Where does Ruvio get email addresses from?
Ruvio does not buy or resell contacts from a third-party lead database. You provide a person's name and company or domain; Ruvio generates a bounded set of likely work-email combinations and tests them against the company's mail system. If the evidence is not strong enough, it does not return a usable email.
What does an email verifier check?
A useful verifier considers syntax, the domain's mail configuration, the named mailbox response, and catch-all behavior. No single signal is proof on its own.
Does verification send an email?
Ruvio checks mail-server responses without sending a message to the recipient.
What status is safe to export?
Ruvio only places likely-exists results in the usable-email field. Catch-all, inconclusive, and likely-invalid results remain blank.
Does verification give me permission to contact someone?
No. Verification is a technical data-quality signal, not consent or legal permission to send. You remain responsible for the privacy, direct-marketing and anti-spam rules that apply to your location, recipients and campaign, including GDPR or CAN-SPAM where relevant.
Keep weak contact data out of your next campaign.
