1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your users, workspaces and API keys.
2. The service
Ruvio generates bounded business-email candidates and reports evidence-based verification states. “Likely exists” is strong evidence, not a guarantee. Catch-all, inconclusive and invalid results are not usable addresses.
3. Lawful use and your responsibility
Ruvio is a research and verification tool. A verification result does not create consent, a lawful basis or permission to contact anyone. You are responsible for deciding whether and how you may collect, use and contact business contacts, and for complying with the privacy, electronic-communications, direct-marketing and anti-spam laws that apply to you and each recipient. These may include the GDPR, CAN-SPAM and similar local laws.
4. Outreach
You are the sender and remain responsible for your audience, message content, sender identification, any required postal-address or advertising disclosures, consent or other lawful basis, suppression screening and timely opt-out handling. Because requirements vary by location and type of outreach, you should apply the rules relevant to your campaign. Ruvio may block risky recipients or sending patterns, but its product controls do not replace your own compliance review.
5. Credits and subscriptions
Verification, email-generation and sending allowances are separate. One contact check or one generated recipient draft consumes its applicable credit unless a valid seven-day cache is reused. Monthly allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over during the MVP. Annual plans are billed in advance while allowances refresh monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where law requires.
6. Privacy and advertising measurement
Our Privacy Notice explains how Ruvio and its providers process account, website, product and advertising-measurement data. Measurement tools may include Meta and Google advertising services when configured. Their availability does not promise advertising reach, attribution or business results, and use of those services may also be subject to provider terms.
7. Customer data
You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize Ruvio and its subprocessors to process it only to provide, secure and improve the service, meet legal duties and prevent abuse.
8. Security and API keys
Keep credentials secret, use least privilege and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. We may revoke exposed keys or suspend abusive traffic.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach or harm to third parties. You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the paid term unless terminated for cause.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ruvio disclaims implied warranties and indirect or consequential damages. Final liability caps and mandatory-law exceptions must be completed by the operating entity.
11. Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated reasonably before taking effect. The operator’s legal identity, governing law, dispute terms and legal contact must be inserted before launch.
