Use Ruvio responsibly
You may use the service for legitimate business research, authorized data-quality work, account enrichment and carefully targeted outreach where applicable law permits. You are responsible for understanding and following the privacy, direct-marketing and anti-spam rules that apply to your location, recipients and campaign, including laws such as the GDPR and CAN-SPAM where relevant.
Never use it for
- Spam, harassment, deception, impersonation or discriminatory profiling.
- Consumer-email harvesting, credential attacks, surveillance or sensitive-trait inference.
- Bypassing suppressions, opt-outs, sending limits, account controls or provider restrictions.
- Selling unverified address lists or describing any mailbox as guaranteed to exist.
- Sending to catch-all, inconclusive or invalid results through Ruvio automation.
Outreach safeguards
Verification tells you about current mailbox evidence; it does not give permission to contact a person. Before outreach, confirm your lawful basis or consent where required, use accurate sender information and subject lines, include any required disclosures and a working unsubscribe mechanism, and honor objections promptly. Screen every campaign against suppression records.
Enforcement
We may slow, block, investigate or suspend activity that creates security, compliance, privacy or deliverability risk. Serious misuse may be reported where required by law.
