Where does Ruvio get email addresses from?
Ruvio does not buy or resell contacts from a third-party lead database. You provide a person's name and company or domain; Ruvio generates a bounded set of likely work-email combinations and tests them against the company's mail system. If the evidence is not strong enough, it does not return a usable email.
What columns should my CSV contain?
A person name plus company or domain is enough to start. Existing email, title, and company columns improve mapping and context.
Do catch-all emails count as verified?
No. A catch-all server accepts made-up addresses, so it cannot confirm that the named person's mailbox exists.
Can verification stop every bounce?
No. Mailboxes and server policies change. Verification reduces avoidable risk but cannot guarantee delivery.
Does verification give me permission to contact someone?
No. Verification is a technical data-quality signal, not consent or legal permission to send. You remain responsible for the privacy, direct-marketing and anti-spam rules that apply to your location, recipients and campaign, including GDPR or CAN-SPAM where relevant.
