Find the Connecticut accounts your sales team wasn't given
Built for the rep staring at a patch with no names to call. Territory managers assign the boundary; Ruvio finds licensed operators from trade boards and registries—including accounts nobody handed over yet—and puts them on routes worth working.
National files treat Connecticut as a slice of the Northeast. Local registry, eLicense, and FMCSA records still show the shops and carriers operating between Hartford, New Haven, and Bridgeport without a strong web listing.

Is Ruvio a subscription, pay-per-lead service, or both?
Ruvio is a workspace subscription, not a fee for every company you view. The free account covers market search, fit scores, saved companies, notes, and day routes. Paid plans add more seats and monthly allowances for the work that costs Ruvio more to run: assistant prospect research, contact unlocks, and automatic route computations. You decide when to unlock a phone or person, and the cost or maximum use is shown before you proceed.
What am I paying for if search is free?
Free search helps you see which businesses may belong in your territory. A paid plan gives your team more capacity to turn that list into a working sales day: fresh assistant research, contact details when an account is worth calling, shared workspace history, and higher monthly allowances. Browsing, saving accounts, and manual route planning remain available without using a contact unlock.
Will Ruvio really save time on my route?
It can reduce the preparation around a route by bringing nearby businesses, addresses, contact status, and next steps into one working list. You can add or reorder stops manually, or use automatic routing when that is useful. Ruvio does not promise a shorter drive, perfect traffic-aware routing, or a productive visit at every stop; the time saved depends on your territory and how complete your starting list is.
Will Ruvio help me find more businesses in my territory?
That is a core use case. Ruvio can compare your known accounts with indexed business records, then use fresh research to look for additional businesses that fit your offer and territory. Coverage is deeper in selected markets, sources can overlap, and a narrow territory has a finite pool, so the number of new businesses is not guaranteed.
Are the leads more qualified or relevant than a generic list?
Ruvio ranks and explains fit using the criteria you give it—such as trade, location, business type, services, and available role or contact evidence. You review the sources and assumptions before saving a prospect. That can produce a more relevant starting list than an unfiltered directory, but fit is not buying intent and Ruvio does not guarantee that a company will become a customer.
What happens if Ruvio finds no usable contact or I reach my allowance?
A lookup with no phone or email does not use a contact unlock, and cached results may use none. Ruvio shows the research ceiling or contact cost before work starts, applies no automatic overage charges, and stops processing when an allowance runs out. Upgrade when you need more capacity; unused unlocks do not roll over during the current MVP.
What does prospect research cost?
Start with the seven-day Starter trial: 3 prospect research credits, 15 contact unlocks and 10 automatic route computations. Card required; then $29/month unless you cancel. Assistant research uses prospect research credits; smaller requests use less and broader or more complex requests use more. The estimate appears before starting. Saving prepared contacts uses contact credits, with the maximum shown before you save. Check Pricing for current plan allowances. Direct directory browsing is a separate workflow.
