Why does one request use more than another?
The assistant sizes research to the nature of your request. A small, focused request generally uses fewer credits. A broader or more complex request—such as several locations, more prospects, or additional evidence checks—can use more. The estimate is based on the reviewed buyer brief and territory, not just the number of contacts you ultimately keep.
When will I see the cost?
Ruvio shows the research ceiling before you approve a search. It reserves that amount from your plan while the work runs, then returns unused reserved credits when the run completes. Research may still use credits when no suitable prospects are found, because the research work was performed.
Are there automatic overage charges?
No. Research stops when the available allowance is reached. Limits are shared across your workspace and reset according to your plan. Narrow the brief or upgrade when you need more research capacity.
